Return Policy

At The Routine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help with returns, exchanges, and refunds where applicable. 


1. Eligibility for Returns

As we provide skin care products and hygiene is of the upmost importance to us, we unfortunately do not provide any exchanges or refunds, unless for the following reason:

Damaged goods delivered by fulfilment partner

We ensure that the goods are wrapped in bubble wrap and then boxed, so the liklihood of this is next to none, however, we do understand international shipments may get damaged in transit. 

⛔ Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Opened or used products under any circumstance

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at theroutine@blueskythinking.ventures with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and we will initiate a pick up request with our fulfilment partner. 
  4. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund.

    Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
