• Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and destination:

Shipping Rates & Methods

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
• We offer free shipping on orders over 300 AED.
• We use a local UAE based shipping fulfilment company who will handle all logistics and timely communication with you. 

International Shipping

• We currently do ship internationally. 
  • Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control.
  • Countries we ship to are shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
• You can track your order via a tracking link provided by our fulfilment partner.

Delayed or Lost Packages
